Hello all,

After much google searching I've pretty much run into a bunch of dead ends.

I acquired a big old Campbell Hausfeld 60 Gal compressor that "doesn't work"
I figured worst case scenario I replace a pump or motor.

Well I plugged it in to my 220 outlet and it runs but the motor doesn't sound too good so I shut it off. some of that "magic smoke" was coming out of the motor. Only ran it for a few seconds.
The cover for the electrical plate is missing (which I read has all the wiring info on it)

I've taken some pictures & sketched a diagram in hopes someone can help me, or instruct me on how to figure out how this should be wired.

White was connected to 4
Black was connected to 3
A yellow wire ties 5 to the top right terminal which is unmarked.

Pic 4 is just the pressure switch to auto shut off, it's wiring matches the manual for the '98 model.
Manuals/Parts Lists
Too bad there was no wiring diagram for the motor in the manual
This one seems to be the '95 model, latest manual is for the '98

Thank You,
Andy
