See attachment, an old Fanuc Tape Cut W0 was sitting for maybe 3 years (It used to be working, I've used it in the past, but they haven't used it in a while).
When turning on with the green power button, it gets part way through its boot sequence then 'crashes' to the memory dump screen (not an 'alarm screen'), no buttons are responsive.
See this quick video of it, you can see the boot sequence then the crash right after "Series VERS 0361 - 04"

See attachment for clear picture of the memory dump screen. Says
A31E 831E 0000 E9EC 0000 0000 0E71 01FF 00C0 0030 0038 0030
8022 00B8 0002 8007 FDB1 00C0 0000 (the rest are zeros in the dump)

Changed the batteries on it (perhaps a bit overdue) but no change in behavior.
Read through the maintenance and operators manuals on it but they mostly just mention Alarm codes and not "memory dump" crashes like this, at least that I could find.

Has anyone run into this before on an early 90's Fanuc like this, or any hints as to what board to start looking at, or some first steps?
