    SLDPRT Files

I have V25 and I can't open SLDPRT files, it gives a failed in: open message. Is there a setting I am missing? I am sure it is opperator error!

Make sure you don't have the part open in SW at the same time.

Possible your customer has an older version of Solidworks, not sure but I think that BobCAD will only open sldprt files from SW 2010 or later.

The update worked on getting the sldprt files to open, thanks for the help guys. I have another problem and I can't find the answer in the help section of the software. When I open bobcad now after updating it I get an error message that says (default machine defined does not exist please choose a default machine from current settings.) also, when I tried to post and save my part it says (error reading xml file, file failed to open.) I didn't have these errors before I updated, something got changed and I can't figure it out.
