What's a good spindle / flexible shaft router to use?

I am thinking of using this Harbor Freight flexible shaft grinder on my machine. Does anyone have any experience with this or know if it's any good? I don't plan on doing anything too intensive with it, mostly milling pcbs or the odd light engraving.

Probably not much help, but I'm using an old rotozip and I am finding that the bearing is shot after not much use, and not the collet has play in it. I would be interested to see how your idea works out.
