    Question NO RAPID on 6030

    G0 is moving SLOWLY. Like the over ride switch is at 25%. Rotating the switch to 25,50 or 100% makes no difference.
    Tried swapping some boards with a working 6030- the 1030,1020,and CPU. Also tried another override switch. No change.
    G1 works fine. Appreciate any thoughts on a fix.

    Did you open the cabinet to see if the feed rate POT is unplugged from the keyboard interface?
    We have had good luck with our Fadals milling mostly soft steel and aluminum up to 5 axis. We are always looking for spare parts If you have a broken down Fadal give a shout.

    Thanks carbidecraters. I checked out that pot, de-soldered the wires, stripped back and resoldered to the pot and boom- rapid control. Thank you!
