    RFQ For a part

This seems like a great resource. I work for a medium-small aerospace company in North Hollywood Ca. We mostly do sheetmetal work and do not machine
our own parts. We are looking to have this part in the attached PDF file made.
The material will be 6061-T6 Please quote your price for 1 and also for 3.

    Thanks-

    UAC Guy

    UAC Guy,

Do you really need the PERFECT THREADS as noted on the print? I can get you the parts pretty affordably with standard class 2 or 3 threads, but perfect thread form is a problem - not to mention the problems you are going to have assembling with the effective interference fit.

    Regards,
    John B

No, that is just one of our overzealous QC people. Class 2 is fine.

What would you like on the .850 max, don't want to leave the wall too thin. What is the tolerance on the 1.5 & 3.0 stock diameter? How about the surface finish call out. Thanks, [email protected]

    Lets say.800-.850

The stock sizes can be +- .025

Surface finish not too pickey, no major tool marks.
Scotch Brite finish would be great.

Thanks for taking the time to bid.
