Your problem may be that you have provided absolutely ZERO information about the machine or the message.

I think the machine needs to be reset as one of the heads has hit the lamp and some sensor received some faults. Is there a way t clear fault messages? Are you around Melbourne? Do you know guys around here that could come down and help for some good bucks?

I have no idea what software it is running.
I have no idea what the error messages say.
And I am not in Melbourne - sorry.

I don't think I can help you with this machine. Yes, it's a coil winder or spring maker (I think), but my guesses about anything beyond this would be of little or no use to you. You need to contact the mfr or the local agent.

Yes mate thanks for this enthusiastic response this is good to see... Where are you based? My mate Johno would love to have a local tech support guy, he's got some good budget I believe.... Let me know.
