    Changing direction when slotting?

Can someone please help me? I forget how to change directions when slotting....and for some reason....this job never picks the slots the way I want to go!

    Thank you

    Re: Changing direction when slotting?

If you're referring to the side of the profile/slot you want your endmill to run down--i.e. make the directional arrows flip to the other side, it's just a matter of Left Clicking the other side of the profile or path; which should make the directional arrow flip over.

However, if you already have the arrow in the right side of the slot and you just want the endmill to run left or right -- then all you need to do is choose Climb or Conventional milling which should change it's direction.

I hope that's what you were looking for.
