Has anyone devised some sort of chart that a person could follow in order to fine tune your machines overall cut quality? we are having some issues with general appearance for the parts being put out on our tables. now i realize that lead ins and outs can cause some parts quality problems, but they are not the only problem. should we be adjusting arc voltage as consumables wear? it would be nice to have a chart with some pictures of parts that have defects, and what the root cause could be or how do we set the machine up to avoid parts that have defects.
i guess i might have to be the person to make such a chart... hopefully not.
