Wanting to know if anyone has come up with a way to keep power supplied to the cmos battery when the machine is not under constant power. My bridgeport EZ-Trak Mill runs off a phase converter and therefore cannot have power at all times. My concern is at some point I will lose my parameters and be forced to reload them. Seems like someone would have had this issue and developed some sort of solution by now? an external battery pack setup where I can easily change batteries every so often, a wall plug in setup to keep power supplied to the battery at all times, or run seperate power to the pc via a 110v outlet.

Has anyone come up with a solution for this, or am I worried about a non issue, and if I power up my machine a couple times a month the battery will be fine?

Thank you,
Cody
