    Jog pendant bad?

Hey guys I was running my PCNC 1100 yesterday for the first time with the tilting 4th axis connected doing a drill operation. While I was tweaking the CAM with the machine sitting idle I heard a "click" an noticed the computer had powered down on its own. It was late in the day an after trying to just click the green button and turn it on with no results I decided to shut it down and deal with it today.

So I power up the machine put in my work offset begin to let it run and when it got to the drill it either missed a step in Z or the height offset wasn't correct. Either way now after resetting and homing when I attempt to use the jog pendant to move .0005" in any axis the machine makes small moves in multiple directions and essentially gets lost.

Is my jog pendant or do I have a larger issue that needs to be addressed here? Thanks in advance for any time an input invested in helping me get this sorted out!

When I attempt to click .0005" (does the same thing with various step sizes will only move .0004" in given axis an then won't respond to any input until reset and rehomed) the machine makes some odd noises I've never heard before as well. In case that tells you anything. Almost like a whine or harmonic from the drive motors.
