    Thanks

I go in spurts, when I begin to spend more time looking for things than working, I go into operation cleanup mode...

I am using Rutex drives on my lathe conversion. I was looking at using either MCG or the Magmotor you are using. How much did the C40 cost and did it come with an encoder or did you add it yourself? Did you buy direct from satcon?

Which Rutex drive are you using these motors with?

    drives

I believe the magmotors were 280.00 each. I used the 2010 rutex drives and US digital encoders. Magmotor will sell you encoders, but I already had encoders so I didn't enquire about them.

    I did buy from satcon.

    Good luck!

Did you have to buy the encoder interface card for the 2010's, I think it is about $18...
