So... after upgrading to 4axis standard and trying to get it to work on my mac(running paralells) as version 25 does, it turns out that I needed to just go out and get a windows pc.

Now that I have the PC and bobcad installed, I cannot activate it because I cannot deactivate it on my mac. I have been on the phone off and on all day with bobcad, and now I just cant get it deactivated on the old comp to activate it on the new one.

I tried to deactivate, but the dialog is looking for some number or code that I dont have. even though I have my customer ID, reciepts, activation codes etc...

Can someone at bobcad PLEASE chime in and help, I will loose the whole weekend unless someone can assist me.

Sure is nice to have a dongle around just for that reason, and some times the internet is down so activation code are useless.

Won't the software work for at least the weekend by installing it as a demo? The demo should be 100% useable and will output full programs until 5 days go by.

the trial mode wont let me change the settings to add the 4th axis. EDIT***

i stopped halfway through typing that and tried again. i was able to add fourth axis. i am fully functional now! yee F$$$ing haw!
