    Question CIRCULAR INTERPOLATION QUESTION

I'm circular interpolating a .1615 dia. hole .400 deep in brass using a .125 end mill. Could someone look over my code. Working pretty good but having some chatter issues. Running Citizen L-20

You probably are having chatter because your end mill diameter is so close to your finish hole diameter. Try switching to a smaller diameter end mill (if you can find one with enough effective cutting length). Any particular reason you want to end mill and not drill and ream?
