    creating surfaces in gibbscam

I learned to use mastercam in school. The shop I work at uses gibbscam. I have gibbs on my computer now and im still learning it. In mastercam you could create rounded surface by conecting geometry drawn in different planes. If there is an easy way of explaining it how do i create non flat surfaces from geometry.

Are you working from a solid, or from a .dxf file?

If you have a specific part in mind, upload the file so others can take a look at it.

Im not working from a solid file. Im drawing the geometry. Im trying to make a billet handle for a window. I dont know how to machine the rounded part using a ball endmill with a smaller radius then the curve of the part. Hopefully you can view the picture of the original handle and the screen shot of what I have done.
