Help me hack a power supply?

The power supply in question is one I got from ebay, because it was 48v, had plenty of power and was dirt cheap, LOL.

    Sun L8500 Cherokee International 700W Power Supply 48V 24A DPS1200L2R 2A 51 | eBay

I figured it would operate like a PC supply and I would have to jumper one pin and off we'd go..... but it aint.

I found the datasheet on it and have a pinout of the supply but while I can get the fans to power up by connecting # PSON to ground I'm still not getting power out (That I can find anyway.)

Attached is the datasheet... anyone want to give me a hand hacking this bad boy?

Green and blinking, indicating AC present / Standby output ON

I do get the 12V standby power where it should be.

Where does the power come out of? I'm guessing it's terminals P1 and P2. Is that where you checked? 24 amps is a lot of current. I expect to see large sockets to carry the current.

I'd also guess on P1 and/or P2 and I've been checking both, no go. (Between each other and between each and case ground... minor voltages, 2-3v)

I know some supplies won't put out with no load, so my next step will be to try finding a 250 Ohm/10W resistor and hooking it up across the power leads... unless someone has a better idea?

The datasheet says that no minimum load is required, but it wouldn't hurt to try.
