    problem with tool offsets

I am having a problem with the tool offsets. The part was drawn with solidedge 2d. I have no problem importing the file into lazycam and setting the layers up for cut depth and tool selection, but when I post the g-code to mach3 it seems to cut with the tool centered on the lines instead of offsetting to the side of the line.
The part is a hexagonal hole in a rectangular plate, but instead of cutting the hex to the right size it is cutting oversized by the radius of the tool. The layer shows the selected tool (1/4" endmill), and I have the same tool selected in mach3.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!

Do you have LazyCAM Pro? The free version doesn't do tool offsets.

    Ger21,
No, I am using the free version. I guess it's time to pony up. Thanks for the quick answer, been racking my brain on this all day.

    Thanks!
