Hi,

I purchased a 6" rotary table, this one http://www.grizzly.com/products/Comb...Table-6-/G1049

Over a year ago and have yet to use it. I recently decided I wanted to play around with it, but I need a chuck, which lathe chuck will fit/work best with it?

I have a MT2 taper on the rotary table, but it seems Grizzly only sells a small 2" chuck set to fit that. Should I just buy a 5" or 6" chuck and make it fit?

It would be better to get a chuck that is front mount like this one below, that has bolts holes all the way through but you can always drill them yourself as sometimes the front mount chucks are more expensive.

If you have a look around over their, I am sure you will find the prices of chucks and adapter plates a lot cheaper.
