Hi,

I am starting a business based on very high quality miniature furniture making. Currently I make everything by hand, but to be competitive I need to find a quicker way to do some of the more complicated fret work. I believe a laser machine is the answer. However, I am new to this field and having done some research online I am still a bit unsure of the best type of machine to go for and where to find the lowest price.

I would really apreciate any advice you can give me.

How much do you want to spend?

At this stage I am looking at what machines can do the work I need done and how versatile they are. I have been quoted around £5-6000 so far. Obviously I would be happier spending less money, but I am willing to look at options what ever the cost, if the machine is going to be of more use to me.
