    Mach3 Mill Pausing Problem

Starting tonight, my machine seems to be pausing after each revolution of a helical cut.

It will do one loop, pause for an instant, another, pause...

    Anyone have any ideas?

Did it work OK before with similar (or the same) code? Try it using the half circle code (Output 180°). Does it do the same thing? I only run Mach3 in simulation mode, and have never seen a pause.

Are you running exact stop or constant velocity? Exact stop will do this.

I didn't even think of that. I bet that's it too.

Ah, good info. I might have accidentally changed a setting. I'll see if I can figure out how to change it back.

It's under Config>State I think, or put a G64 at the start of the code.

Yay! That was it. Thanks guys.

I don't know how I did that. Must be a button on the interface somewhere I hit.
