Not sure if anybody has my problem but my CNC roars like a lion when the Y axis is rotating against the X. My CNC is made of wood and for example when I cut a large circle the Y axis is extremely noisy in spots say when the router in on the fro side and opposite the fro side. After it passes the spot it quieten down until another loop then kicks in again. I've lubricated the screw but I think it's just the wood vibration of the stepper.

I'm thinking about making my hole larger around the screw where it touches wood. When I built it I used close tolerances, not knowing I didn't need too in some areas.

Hey, if everybody's is roaring I won't go to the trouble.

Any advise let me know.

Thanks
