Hi,
Does anybody know what the Carrier Frequency of the PWM output is on this card, so I can enter it into Mach 3?
I'm trying to use a converter to get a 0-10VDC output for my VFD speed control, and I am getting strange results.
The converter documentation says set it is between 1-3kHz, which I have tried several values in this area, and nothing seems to be accurate.

I think I have this sorted. I found a combination of different 'features' that contributed to my problem.
Some were disguising the problem.....

I *think* that the PWM Base Freq setting in Mach 3 mainly affects the resolution of the Mach3 Speed Signal and is related to the Kerrnel Speed Setting.
My kernnel speed is set to 25 kHz and as I increase my PWM Base Freq from 50 Hz upwards , my Spindle Speed became more stable.
