Anybody experience this error with the Tormach lathe randomly estopping? Status error is: EMC_TASK_PLAN_PAUSE
Yesterday, my Tormach lathe started randomly reporting estop when I hit Cycle Start. It's been suggested that it's soft limit issue. After each false estop, I need to re-ref the machine, but it will pop up again. I get 3 parts done then bam, estop. Another 6 parts then bam....

How does a machine get out of sync with it's soft limits?
How do I reset the soft limit?
Is re-reffing the machine, the same as resetting the soft limits?
Is this a OS issue, PathPliot or machine, issue?

I've been running the latest 1.9.6b since July.

I would say that is a show stopper and contact Tormach about it.
