Hi there,
I am looking for a desktop cnc machine to make PCBs at home. Currently I use acids to etch copper, but this method isn't working this well for boards with double layers.
A second reason that I would like to buy a CNC machine, is to mill and engrave wood and Aluminum alloy with a working area of 15" x 15" or more.
With google I found a few CNC machines like the fireball x90 and the Yoocnc 6040, but there are a lot of things that make me doubt to buy one: negative user reviews, import taxes (because some machines are only sold outside EU), backlash, inaccuracy and the fact that I don't have any experience with CNC machines at all. (I do have experience with 3D printers though).
Which cnc machine do you guys suggest for a budget of 1500 dollars max?
