Axyz Router Help or local technician

We bought a 2010 model Axyz 4010 router. Having issues with the RPM not being recognized by the control from Artcam through toolpath. Was hoping someone can direct me to a service guy in the Florida area that is fully knowledgeable with Axyz machines who can provide some assistance with it or if someone has one of these machines that can help. Have gotten ZERO help out of Axyz in getting this machine fully functioning. Have had one issue after another and this machine was functioning when we bought it.

    Thanks in advance.

    The control is a 9.93Rg B402 F4. Date is 6/12/2008
-Spindle RPM defaults to 24,000 regardless of what the file tells the machine it should be.
Had electrician modify inverter setting yesterday. That allowed the machine to vary spindle speed while in the program. Came back in today and the first thing that happens is the machine drops the tool holder and breaks the end mill. I set it back to the factory setup. Now we cannot change spindle speed with the F2 command. I would really like the RPM fixed. Was hoping to find someone that has experience with this control, Axyz toolpath and this machine to try and get the little bugs worked out and the setup correct.
Now there is no spindle RPM adjustment in the F2 command after changing the inverter setting.

What is the name of the control, who is the manufacture, the F command is not the standard for spindle speed control

It is an Axyz control that came on the machine new. F2 is the function for turning on the spindle and changing the RPM.

Yes I found the control you have a A2MC a home grown control, is not the industry standard, with no support from the manufacture,& limited documentation, it would be difficult for anyone to help with it that does not have the control or used one

Do you have F41 set correct

    Thanks for the replies!
Our control is the one before that one. No F41 in our control. We can modify the travel speed just not the spindle rpm's.

If you do a F29, keep pushing the enter key till you see SPINDLE WIRING. What does it say? STD, EMOP, Tach or modbus? Just an FYI the AMC system that you have will ignore the spindle RPM. All rpms have to be inputted into tool path. Also feed rates and plunge rates are ignored as well. That is why F1 and F15 are still needed.

ftptorrent got it right. The machine cannot be a 2010 model as the AMC was phased out in 2008. AXYZ has a technician in south Florida. If you want expert service, call the company and pay for a service call. It sounds like your electrician did more harm than good.
