    Exclamation Error 151 on VF-2SS and VF-2B

I have an error 151 on both of my VF-2 machines. There are no kinks in the hoses, the phasing for the machines and motors are good and there are no blocks. There errors will occur exactly at 60 seconds after being started.

Right now my parameters 236 is at 1000 and 237 is at 1500. What is causing these errors? My operator stated he needs at least 2 minutes of continuous run time.

Most likely you have a psi problem. What type of tool are you using and what is the diameter of the opening for the coolant?
You can check to see if the pressure switch for the TSC is toggling in the diagnostics page.

If you want to get back up and running you can disable the alarm by setting Parameter 209 Common Switch 2 DSBL CLNT IN to 1.
Also I would check the filters for the TSC and make sure that they are clean.
If everything is clean and you are getting the error on both machines. It could be something to do with the type of coolant that you are using.

Parameter 236 should be 5000. Parameter 237 is correct. Also, check your filter to make sure its not clogged.
