TH Error comes while drip feeding moriseiki MV 35/40 ON 9600 Baud rate.
but it does not happen on 4800. Cable is sheilded and length is almost 5 feet.

Any idea to get rid if this ghost.

I haven't seen too many TH Errors when drip feeding... buffer overflow alarms seem to be more common. 4 things come to mind.

1. Are you using a USB to Serial device? These can give you fits. I try to stay away from them if at all possible.

2. You might check Device Manager and see if the FIFO buffers are turned down and/or disabled. Doing this usually cures overflows, but not always.

3. If that doesn't work try putting a line send delay in your DNC program. Try 50 msec just to see if it cures the problem.

4. I'm full of s**t and none of these is the problem. Thought it was worth a try.
