    Unhappy Newbie Question

G'Day - I am currently producing name plates etc out of MDF with an old GMC scroll saw. Similar to the standard "Peace" and Love" etc signs you buy at any homewares store. As demand is growing, I am considering moving in to the CNC router world. Before I take the plunge (so to speak) I have few easy questions for experts such as your selves. 1. Is it practical to produce these names on a CNC tool, 2. How can you get sharp inside corners, such as you can with a scroll saw using the router, and finally, can someone recomend somewhere in/near Brisbane that could provide me with advice on CNC tooling. We have a small operation and I am looking in the $2000 - $3000 range.
