I have some plates with 6" holes in them and i want to open them up to 7" dia. What toolpath will let me do this without starting from the center and take into account most of the material is already gone? I can only get dynamic core only goes from the outside in.

2D contour, using the multipasses ...use the ramp option in the "Contour type" area to keep the tool against the profile

I didnt see this earlier. i ended up using circle mill and changing the max radius entrance value to 500% and the tool started at 5" dia. Then it worked its way to the finished size using my stepover value.

I left a .005" finish pass but the finish didn't come out as expected using an endmill??, but these aren't criticle holes luckily.
