Hey Guys, I could really use some help. I have a Cincinnati CL7 2000w laser table and very little experience and was provided little training. The problem I am having is while cutting 10ga stainless steel with a 5" lens and a 2mm nozzle with nitrogen and a 90%feedrate and I am getting very inconsistent cuts. I will cut out a test piece with a circle and straight lines and can get a perfect cut with no burrs, then when I cut my actual material I get 95% perfect cuts and a few spots where the laser doesn't even cut through the sheet. I am adding a picture to show an example of what is happening. Any suggestions or help you guys could give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
