Having problems with Ref Home movement

I have a Mach 3 Hurco that was retrofitted back in 2012.
It has ran great .Recently my pendant wire got chewed up by some nice.
I replaced the pendant wire and now when I reference all home the z-axis display shows the quill moving in + increments up to 20+ inches.
But, the quill isn't moving at all.
I must have bumped something while I there.
Does anyone have a quick reference for me to check?
It's been so long, I have my wiring diagram, but I'm already unfamiliar with all the wiring technology.
    Thanks for any info.

It looks like the problem comes from the re-wiring pendant.
Maybe replace a new Pendant could solve the problem.

Thanks, but I just go it fixed.

Z limit switch was soft tripped.
    Went into system config
and noticed it was tripped but reset wasn't flashing.
I had already unplugged the pendant from 2nd parallel port.
Moved the axis, and restarted Mach.
    Homed out perfect.
