Wildhorse Econo-Probe as tool setter. Has anyone done it on Tormach?

As the title says, I'm about to get a 770 (first machine, I'm new but learning fast) and I'm trying to get started affordably. I know the regular econo-probe works with the Tormach and they even have an option to buy it with the proper cable end on it. That'll get me started there.

What I don't know is if it will work as a tool setter. Has anyone done it? Does it require any other rewiring? I can't find a definitive answer if the normally closed / normally open circuit situation is the same for both probe modes or not? If it is, that's obviously easy. If it isn't... then what?

I'd be happy to build my own tool setter but as I'm just getting started and have nothing I'll need something initially and don't really want to spend money on the manual setter if I don't have to.

I use one on my 1100, was with mach, now PP
Works fine. That said, if I have anything with critical depth requirements I still re-teach z0 and the critical tool the manual method (just in case) but it's probably more accurate than the machine is anyway
