    sunylaser 6049 engraves but wont cut, chinese not helpful,

    i have a 6040 sunylaser which engraves fine but will not cut deeper 003mm, i bought from china and cant get ant help now they had thier money, is there anybody out there that can help as its very frustrating, please help if you can, thanks.

    1-What material you processing ?
    2-what the laser tube power ?
