CNC Frame Design - Looking for feedback

Any thoughts on this frame design I've come up with. It will be a bolt and epoxy build with adjustable feet. Length is 1.5 meters. Rail metal size will be 160x80 beams. Perhaps its a bit overbuilt, the y and z axis will carry a 2.2kw watercooled spindle.

I haven't seen many builds which use a plate to fasten components together like how i'm joining the legs and rails but I imagine it should work, especially if I use metal powder epoxy to enable to surfaces to mate together fully.

    Thanks

images don't carry through because you posted it through industry arena, the images from there don't carry over here at cnczone, some time ago two sites merged and they haven't fixed the this issue yet.

Hi Thunza - bolting and epoxying connections is totally valid. Don't need to use metal filled epoxy. There are lots of epoxies for this purpose. If the connection is designed correctly and the bolts are sized and preloaded correctly, epoxy not needed. Friction is a very damp and stiff connection.... Peter
