    Stepper Driver Alarm light

Hi one of my stepper drivers has stopped working , there is two lights a red and a green . Both of them are on . Which is not supposed to be , the 2 others drivers only have the green light on. It is not due to overheating since it goes on right when i power it up after siting for a day. Anybody would have a solution ??

    Thank you

I had the same issue with my Gecko 203V driver and it turned out that a bad batch of plugs had caused a loose connection and actualy damaged the board.

I sent it back and they replaced the driver.

What type of stepper drive do you have?
