Thank you. I looked at the SBL but couldn't pass this one up. It's not for everyone, but it's great for me.

There are alternates like a GT27. I just bought one and took delivery Friday. It cost about the same as the SBL when adding in all the accessories (full c axis, fagor 8050 controller, linear rails,...

Speaking of old electronics :)
Hey guys. It's been a while.
Mike,
Reliability was reason for my retrofit. I planed on doing production with my 3000 from day one. Make your electronics work if you can but they will fail at...

Thanks Andrew. This has been an eye opening experience. Everyone on that site is trying to short change the price. My machine can blow away any comparable router on that site (all Chinese lol). Might...
Hey Ray. I'm really interested in this. The tension compression head will work for the torus pro? Anything special required to make it work?

Hey guys. I know it's been a while, but the router is for sale on ebay. Got to make room for more projects. Going for cheap too!!!

Welcome to the club. I did get to 1600 gal pump but I had to bring in a separate 120 volts line to make it work using the stock coolant relay. I bought my pump from Home Depot. I think a link to it...
Nice! You're set up looks familiar lol
Looks good. I'm still waiting on a pneumatic drawbar for this
Sounds like you got chips or something clogging your pump. Check the intake
I will be using the 3000 on my next kickstarter. Will do
Welcome to the club big chips. Call Robert at dyna mechatronics. The keep quite a few things in stock. Warning: it ain't cheap
Are you using mach 3? Mach isn't fast enough to read the sensor signals. That's why I didn't have mine to use bidirectional.
Oh I remember that fun. Looks good though
I use blasocut 2000. Love it. Mixed at 10%

You found a wiring diagram. Looks good.
Buying 3 different heads worked out OK, but I would buy one used procunier if doing it all over again. Probably still might.

Thanks Ray. Only problem I have now is collecting the gallons and gallons of chips.
I've been off the board for a while and missed you guys a lot. In that time, I've developed a Bottle Opener, Key Organizer, and Magnet product using the Torus Pro. The mill runs 15-20 hours at a time...
Sweet! What machine is it going into?
