We only checked the fans in the cabinet, we where looking for a fan inside the drives themselves, but we never checked the back of the drives, so we thought they didn't have any fans, THANKS! ill...

We checked them out, everything is pretty clean, all fans in the cabinet are running. It seems to usually occur later in the day. I think you may be onto something...

I thought of using the M-fin function but decided not to when i relized my machine only has one M-fin input. since i have to pallets i need to monitor the switches seperatly other wise one pallet...
If your looking at horizontals i strongly urge you to stay away from the HS series, we have 2 that are in 24/6 production repearability is excellent but the design is to week for constant production....
i've been given the task to add a limit switch to both pallets of my HS2-RP ( HMC ) that will check to make sure the parts are clamped before the pallet changes.
I have plenty of unused and spare...
I think i'll go with VB .Net then.
