Five production technology research institutes will be showcasing their current grinding technology projects at GrindingHub, which takes place in Stuttgart from May 14 to 17. They can be found at the Grinding Solution Park Science in Hall 10, Stand 10D20 and represent the who's who of grinding technology research in Germany.

It is not only the pronounced changes in the automotive sector that are currently forcing many companies in the grinding industry to realign their strategy. Precise surface treatment comes at the end of nearly every metal working process and has decisive effects on the quality and functionality of products.

GrindingHub is set to open its doors for the second time to grinding experts from all over the world from 14 to 17 May 2024. Over 460 exhibitors from 31 countries will be presenting their latest grinding technology solutions in Stuttgart – now in four exhibitions halls for the first time.

After successfully launching the event last year, the organizer VDW – in cooperation with Messe Stuttgart and Schleiftagung, and with Swissmem on board as institutional patron – is keen to repeat the success.

The new home of grinding technology, GrindingHub, celebrated its premiere in Stuttgart under the banner of “Brings solutions to the surface” from 17 to 20 May 2022. More than 370 well-known manufacturers from 23 countries presented numerous innovations across the entire grinding technology process chain at the trade fair.

The manufacturers from 23 countries pulled out all the stops for the debut event. They exhibited numerous grinding-related innovations – everything from new tool concepts through to innovative processes, procedures, and interface technologies.
