Since 1 November 2020, Dr Marianne Janik has been Chairwoman of the Executive Board of Microsoft Germany and part of our local team with around 3,000 employees. Together, we are helping to ensure that all people can participate in the progress of a digital society. As a company, we are committed to this in many ways and promote many initiatives together with politics, business and science.
In our company, a sustainable work-life flow with trust-based working hours and trust-based workplaces was established many years ago. Our company headquarters in Munich-Schwabing (the "Office with Windows") as well as six other regional offices nationwide (Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Stuttgart, Walldorf) are therefore always just a few places of many for us where we work and, together with our more than 30,000 partners in Germany, serve companies of all sectors and sizes.
