iUltimate – simultaneous machining on main and opposed spindle With 6 linear axis, which are two Y axis, two C axis, 4 spindle axis and 30 tools (12 are motorized) the iUltimate can machine complex workpieces in only one run. It is possible to work on two different programs on main and opposed spindle at the same time (workpiece front and backside). Sonchronal gripping under driving speed is also possible. The iUltimate combines somehow two machines in one. The iUltimateS has additional tilting tools as B-axis on the main spindle. 18 live tools offer angular machining. The iUltimate2S has additional tilting tools as B axis on the opposed spindle. With altogether 24 tools you get a universal and highly productive machine for very complex parts.
