Very cheap programming SW... anyone have it?

Ran across this slumming through e-bay. I know NOTHING about it and have no need of it myself. I have a full four axis CAM. I suspect that it is a basic 2 1/2 axis SW, but they give almost no information or details about it. There's a nice simple simulation picture... but that's it. It might be...I repeat...might be...worth playing with for someone learning but I really have no clue...then again... maybe it's worthless too...

Can it import a .dxf and convert it to an engraved path?
I use Gsimple and try to use as many standard pockets and bulges as I can but there comes a time where you just have to draw it in 2D and import the tool path to get the shape that you want.

The picture in that Ebay link is from the simulation in AlphaCAM V7 ( I use it daily at work).

There's a nice simple simulation picture.
The software is conversational using NoteTab.
The seller shows example gcode output running in simulation but does not describe the software as having a graphic component.
If I'm right the ad is a bit misleading but nothing illegal going on.
Anyone who says "It only goes together one way" has no imagination.
