I want to buy the TTS CNC set soon. I have been following the newsletters for a while and I have seen individual tool holders go on sale, but not the complete sets. Can anyone tell me if Tormach ever gives sale pricing on the complete sets before I order.

Don't buy the tool set. There will be tools in it that you'll probably never use. I would figure out what tools I think I need and buy those first then add to them as time goes on.
When I bought my machine, I bought 4 each 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 inch set screw tool holders. I also bought 6 each ER 16 and ER 20 collet holders.
I have since added a slitting saw holder, 2 boring bars and an ER 16 T/C tapping head.You can buy GOOD PARTS or you can buy CHEAP PARTS, but you can't buy GOOD CHEAP PARTS.

There was a sale on individual toolholders when Tormach moved offices. I can't think of ever seeing the sets on sale.
