HELLO GUYS.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH OKUMA MACHINE, MY BOSS BOUGHT A DOUBLE COLUMN MCR-BII IN JAPAN, THIS MACHINE IS USED,SO WHEN I TURN ON THE MACHINE, IT NEVER FINISH TO START UP
SO I TRAY TO LOAD THE SOFTWARE BUT ARE DAMAGE THE DISK 4 AND 7 , I`M FINDING HELP IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THIS SOFTWARE FOR THIS MODEL
THE BUILD YEAR IS 1999. CONTROL OSP U100 AND THIS MACHINE HAVE ATTACHMENT SPINDLE.

- any alarm message.....alarm number AND full description of the top 2 lines ( picture is good )
Do you have the pink ALARMS & ERRORS manual for that control ?

silly thing to do if you don't know what is the cause...it might be hydraulic pump, air supply, etc.....not even related to the software

A software re-load may only be needed if battery needed replacing ( done incorrectly), or memory, board etc is damaged

the baterry is dead and the memory was clean.

First thing you MUST do is get a good floppy set for your machine and load it. Contact Okuma. There is no other way.
