I have HAAS cnc Minimill and the problem is shuttle motor can not moving (suttle in) properly.
I'm already check the power is on,but the motor just a little bit move and alarm appear.
if i knocking the arm,sometimes motor running but sometimes breakdown again and alarm appear again.
For information,i have replace the I/O PCB and motor running well,but 3 days later this problem is happening.thanks

First, do a search on this site as this topic has been discussed many times, so you should find a lot of useful information to help troubleshoot.

That said, check the motor brushes and shuttle switches.

I have one Haas with the shuttle type tool changer, I don't know if it is similar to the one on your mill or not but I suspect it is. When I do a lot of heavy face milling it will throw large coarse chips up on the carriage in the rear and eventually jam the roller cam arm up, and then it will not move far enough and then it alarms out. I would check that as a possible cause also.

This could be caused by the shuttle motor, motor clutch, tool changer relay or I/O board. Give us more info please.
