Hi, can anybody tell what is usual when I push the print button on the panel?
Because when I push that one the system crash down.

in the picture it is signal XCDJ31-745- but there is no signal/voltage.
Does anybody know why? -

Problem VTC20B - Won´t come up
Hi, I do have a vtc 20b with M-plus.
The machine starts with emergency stop 2&3- after about 5 seconds the alarm 382 does also come up.
I checked:
-Board QX 539
-Checked the sensor from the tool... -

I do have a 20/50 which is working for usual
But does have the problem since about 1 week
So the miller is in the workpiece with about 2900rpm and 0.2mm- Then just goes down to...
