Use a narrower cutter with a positive cutting geometry . Also using a different too for the finish operation helps .

We we checked another tl3-b locally and found that the flexing was also going on there ... Haas tech was here and is baffled .. He is contacting haas as we speak .....Nobody else ???

Our company installed a new TL3-B a couple of months ago . It took over 6 weeks to get the major coolant leaks stopped . The tailstock never seems to repeat and it was cutting about 2 thou tapered...
