I think my machine doesnt have English alarm.
but when I change K35.4 and K35.5 to (Zero) Japanese alarm doesn't appear. only EX number show in operator message.

yes, we found ladder book.
pcmdi language is in the book.
but no alarm laguages info.

I've tried both way with power off/on.

EX alarms still japanese.

K20 is all Zero,
param 9924 was 0bit=1
I changed 0bit to zero and system restart
no effect for alarm.

fanuc side English, PCMDI side English.
only alarm :(((

pcmdi language issue Solved

solution:

1- enter the pc mdi screen
2- hit the number keys "95" and input
3- a screen message appear ( enter DATA :)
4- write "196" and input
5- D data...

machine is MT250 S

lube oil level low alarm was appear.
oil flowing too much from X axis, visibily seen.


today i will carefully observation. then i will check manifolds.

Today machines ran non-stop for 8 hours.
Machines used half a liter of slide way oils.

I think it was too much.

keep relay 20 are all zero, there is no effect. :(

We changed 3102 but it was only change fanuc side language. :(

Does anyone know the language change parameter of the PCMDI (Mori-Seiki side)?
