The coolant is expelled thru an ER16 collet or the tool tip and at 2000 psi has no problem putting 8 gpm in the cut zone.

Thanks for the link. I look at these and they won't handle 35,000 rpm or 2000 psi coolant. Also the taper on this Okuma is a HSK 63F. It had a 25000 rpm rotary that wouldn't handle the high...

I am looking for a source for a high speed rotary coupling that will handle 35,000 rpm.
