Each page now has a time & date stamp. A search engine was added, too. thanks, Alan
Yes that is a good one. The "toe clamps" may cover holes you need to get to in order to adjust the vise opening, though. regards, Alan
I buy from Enco, CDCO Tools, ebay. Info links, here, from my site. cheers! Alan

Hi Ian, I have considered noting new sections on the site but it's a nightmare. Some site search pgms will do it automatically but I don't like advertising. Thanks! Alan
I have found that too . thank you much! alan
Hi, the small vise with the built-in parallels (as well as many other tools) were purchased frm Enco. They are the best to deal with. Thanks for all your support, guys, regards, Alan

Lee, thanks, I'm ordering a charge pump this week. I put a scope on Mach3, 12.5KHz output & it was more like, 12KHz. I hope this is not a problem for the pump as it is microcomputer controlled & uses...
thanks Jon. but I have no spares to use as you did. I'll just have to use the charge pump relay.
Thanks for the info. I have a breakout board already, now I'll get the charge pump. The one I need is only $22. what a bargain.
That would do it, I'm sure. I was not eager to add more complexity but I'll check it out. thanks!

I have used a 3" toolmakers vise on a Taig for years. The ones with hidden engagement mechanisms can sometimes require fiddling around with to get them positively engaged so I prefer the ones with...
Maritools is top quality. try http://www.use-enco.com

Again, thanks! I worked especially hard on the limit-switch brackets.
thanks guys, I really appreciate it!
Hi Group, I just wanted to share my Taig CNC conversion projects. It's COTS but was fun, cheers, Alan

Hi, I see that Mach3 has a wizard for gear cutting by rotating the part and milling the edge. But I was looking for a wizard that would mill an involute gear out of a stationary, flat-mounted plate....
