Tried something different, long story short, when I pulled the jumper OFF S20 (Overheat)on the X Axis, she came to life, so...... the normal position is to have this jumpered. What is the component...
Got the new Amphenol plug installed, did not make a difference, I still have the 400 servo alarm. Any ideas? I'm in real trouble here.

Having to have a new amphenol plug built, should be here Monday, glad to hear truning off parameter would not clear alarm, (it didn't) and I was hoping we found the problem. Now I am still hopeful...
Fourth axis plug is shot, repairing it now, but I turned the parameter for the fourth "off" and still have 400 servo alarm. Not sure that is the problem. This is maddening.....
